WCMCC 16th Iron Ore Rally

Info:   Let some of the best biking roads in the UK take you to this 300 limit friendly rally held at Egremont in West Cumbria. The totally refurbished facilities of Egremont RU club host the “Iron Ore” for the 16th Year.  Live bands will be on both nights supported by Rock DJ’s.
Trophies awarded for all class of show bikes / trikes, Mechanically Challenged, Custom, Classic, Street Bike including furthest male / female travelled. Club bar with Real Ale, draft Ciders & Lagers  plus “Finbars Canbar” will support the drinking classes, Midland Catering will support the Eating classes.  So Cheep Beer, Good Food, Excellent Facilities, Hot showers, Camping on the pitch with hard standing bike parking, Trade Stands all for  regular updates of “what’s on” as it develops.

The Wheelie Good Bike Show

Info: The Rotary Club of Newton Stewart (SW Scotland) is organising its second street motorcycle show Aug 5th 2012 - The intention of the show is to raise money for charity and to show the public that bikers are ordinary people. The show was a success in 2011 with a great deal of positive feedback and over £1600 raised for charity. We intend to make 2012 even better. There will also be a ride-in, which will be ticket only, and we will be asking for £5 +40p admin charge per motorcycle. This donation will allow  parking in a dedicated parking area in the centre of the town. Ticket numbers will be limited.
Ticket Info: Entry to the show is free; all we ask is that you donate generously to raise money for the charities to benefit from the show.
